I help organizations figure out what AI actually means for them — not in theory, but in their real workflows, with their real people, at their real scale. I'm a practitioner and translator: someone who understands both how these tools work and how organizations work, and who can sit in a room with your team and show them where AI helps, where it doesn't, and what to watch out for. 

I began studying AI's trajectory and implications in 2021, and by mid-2023 I had designed and delivered a 12-week AI literacy curriculum for non-technical stakeholders — 18 months before most organizations were discussing the topic. Since then, I've moved from education into applied practice: building production systems, developing AI-assisted workflows, and using these tools to solve real operational problems.
