October 2025 | 2-week build | Production system serving 60+ users
Identified a scheduling bottleneck in a 60-member nonprofit organization and led the full project cycle - requirements, architecture decisions, AI-directed development, testing, and deployment- to build a production web application. During development, discovered and resolved a hidden 3-year email infrastructure crisis, restoring full deliverability and eliminating a $400/year workaround.

Designed and delivered a structured AI education curriculum 18 months ahead of sector adoption. Built facilitated discussion frameworks that moved participants from viewing AI as science fiction to understanding it as present-day technology. Three participants sought follow-up consultation on AI tools for their own professional contexts.

Developed a wearable privacy-consent identifier for the smart glasses era through rapid AI-assisted design iteration - four complete design pivots in a single session. Conducted strategic viability assessment and made the disciplined decision to shelve the project when market analysis didn't support it. Production files archived.

Used AI to process five years of banking statements for a Medicaid compliance review. Developed a cross-session batching strategy to maintain continuity across the full document set. Synthesized findings into a consolidated analysis and brought it to a planning meeting with professionals, accelerating the decision-making process.
